PE12 Alarm Annunciator
The PE12 is an alarm annunciator designed for industrial applications. It monitors the status of up to 12 alarm contacts using ISA Sequence A or F1A.
The opto-isolated alarm contacts can be configured as normally open or normally closed. The status of each alarm contact is indicated by a Red LED that flashes when an alarm is triggered, even momentarily, until it is acknowledged.
A CMOS microprocessor is used to ensure low power consumption and high reliability.
The Modbus option allows SCADA Masters to read and write alarms via RS485 or RS232.

The status of each alarm contact is indicated by a Red LED that flashes when an alarm is triggered, even momentarily, until it is acknowledged. A CMOS microprocessor is used to ensure low power consumption and high reliability.
The Horn Relay indicates an unaknowledged alarm. The Common Alarm Relay indicates an active alarm, can reflash to indicate each additional alarm, and can also indicate power failure.
The Modbus option allows SCADA Masters to read and write alarms via RS485 or RS232.
The power input can be 24/48/125VDC or 115/230VAC. The alarm contacts are internally wetted with 24VDC but can be externally wetted with 125VDC only if the power input is also 125VDC.
The PE12 can be panel mounted as is, mounted in a 19″ rack with an additional rack mount plate, or wall mounted with an additional wall mount bracket.
